Refunds/Returns:

You're going to love this print. And hopefully you got a frame, as well—if so, congrats, you've spared yourself the hassle of having to track down an overpriced custom frame (plus ours are handcrafted here in Denver, so you know they're good!) But, if for some reason you're not happy with your print, please do email our support team: hello@wanderwide.co. Prints or frames can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original, unused, condition and is returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts and/or labels. We are unable to accept returns on prints/frames that have been used. We do not offer refunds on gift items. WANDERWIDE is not responsible for stolen packages (i.e. USPS shows the package as "delivered"). We strongly encourage you to select a shipping address that you feel is safe and secure (not at risk of porch pirates)

All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary) and insure it for the full amount. We are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping. Your refund will be administered once we receive the package and can evaluate for damage. Please contact our help email for the return address. Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided in the return form) will incur a $15 rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

Shipping: 

We use USPS for the majority of our deliveries. If your tracking number shows that your print has delivered, and you do not see your package, please contact USPS directly. WANDERWIDE is not responsible for stolen packages (i.e. USPS shows the package as "delivered"). We strongly encourage you to select a shipping address that you feel is safe and secure (a.k.a. not at risk of porch pirates).
