Something's wrong with my order!

Don't panic! We're right here! There's a reason we're unanimously rated 5 stars and celebrated throughout the world as the nicest customer service experience of all time. I have an idea for a new print! Can you make it?

We'd seriously love to hear what you're thinking! Many of our currently offered prints are the result of people like you taking the time to tell us what you want. So don't delay! Send a quick note to our support team at hello@wanderwide.co and tell us about the print idea you're dreaming up!

Looking to return your print?

You're going to love this print. And hopefully you got a frame, as well—if so, congrats, you've spared yourself the hassle of having to track down an expensive custom frame. But, if for some reason you're not happy with your print, please do email our support team at hello@wanderwide.co.

Prints or frames can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original, unused, condition and is returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts and/or labels. We are unable to accept returns on prints/frames that have been used. We do not offer refunds on gift items.

All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary) and insure it for the full amount. We are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping. Your refund will be administered once we receive the package and can evaluate for damage.

Where's my print?

We use USPS for the majority of our deliveries. If your tracking number shows that your print has delivered, and you do not see your package, please contact USPS directly. WANDERWIDE is not responsible for stolen packages (i.e. USPS shows the package as "delivered"). We strongly encourage you to select a shipping address that you feel is safe and secure (a.k.a. not at risk of porch pirates).

The print on your site is outdated! What's your deal?

Send a quick note to our support team at hello@wanderwide.co and let us know what you're seeing. Chances are, we're already busy in the workshop designing a new, updated edition. But don't risk it! Send us an email with the details and we'll let you know!

So...my print is now outdated and the new one is on your site!

Things change so quickly, and you should be punished for that! Send a quick note to our support team at hello@wanderwide.co, attach the receipt from your previous order, and we'll give you 30% off the updated version. How cool!

What if I want a custom print?!

You're in luck! We design custom prints for a variety of budgets. All of our prints are screen-printed, so it's most cost efficient to order 50 or more.

All illustrations on this site are loose interpretations of the locations they represent. They are not meant to be representative in their likeness. Names listed on the prints are meant to represent their physical location, and are not a representation of management or company ownership.

 

All of our prints are registered with the US copyright office and any deviations of the work without authorized representation are considered in violation of our copyrights.
