Our Story

 

WANDERWIDE™ is an adventure-art brand based in Denver, Colorado, run by husband and wife team Nathan Downey and Kait Erickson. WANDERWIDE offers stylish, interactive register prints created for the outdoor community and designed to track adventures.

The simple desire to track climbing expeditions is what led to the birth of WANDERWIDE. In 2012, mountaineer Nathan Downey searched, without success, for a sophisticated way to commemorate his summits. Nathan and Kait quickly realized that the outdoor community lacked a stylish, tangible way to celebrate their adventure-related accomplishments. So they set to work.

The first edition of our adventure-art collection, The 14er Register Print, was released in 2012; an adventure register print complete with a custom stamp+ink pad set to track climbs. Years later, adventure enthusiasts can choose from our growing collection of register prints.

Quality Every product is made in small quantities by experienced local craftsmen, using premium materials. It might cost a little more, but it makes all the difference.

Preservation We donate $1 from every register print sale to ensure that the places we love to adventure will still be beautiful for the next generation.

Design Creating timeless art takes time—a lot of it. Every register print is meticulously illustrated and screen printed, and every frame is painstakingly designed and built to last.
